CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 17, 2015 – The only thing protecting the United States from a major terrorist attack is timing. In the jihadist world, timing is everything and nothing will happen until it is politically and economically advantageous for the Islamists to strike.
In the meantime, do not be surprised if Rome is among the next primary targets for ISIS in Europe. Like timing, symbolism is another key ingredient of terrorist ideology, and with Rome as the center of the Catholic church, nothing has more significance in the eyes of global jihad.
It is not a matter of “if” for the U.S., only a matter of “when.” According to Palestinian jihadist Abu Al-Ayna al-Ansari, who spoke to Breitbart Jerusalem, “The (Islamic) State will not leave these countries alone without them having to suffer from the blows of the Mujahideen in a way that will let them understand that their war is lost. There is no way that ISIS territory remains under aerial bombardment without a violent retaliation deep in the capitals of those countries.”
In the past, threats such as those from people like Ansari were largely bluster, but since the “success” of 9/11/01, jihadists have been emboldened. Using their vast amoeba-like network, there is no need for them to have a central point of operations, because so-called “homegrown radicals” can create havoc whenever they please.
For attacks such as the one in Paris last week, there is considerably more coordination and planning than incidents like the Boston Marathon bombing, but the overall effect is the same because we never know where or when they will occur.
When asked about the justification of the ISIS attack on indiscriminate civilians in Paris, Ansari replied, “Do France and America and their followers of the Cross alliance differentiate between civilians and armed Mujahideen when they bombard innocent civilians in Raqqa, in Aleppo and in Mosul?”
It’s a standard response. The old “eye-for-an-eye” mentality. Just because they did it, we do it and so on. Except that France and America are not interested in making war with Muslims or anyone else. It is only the Islamists who perpetrate and perpetuate the constant barrage of killing for the sake of killing. That is a huge difference, though it will never be accepted by an Islamic thought process.
When pressed about the possibility that the Paris attacks might have been carried out with the participation of some of the Syrian refugees, Ansari responded, “Such claims have nothing to do with reality and are not true. No refugee is among the brothers who carried out these blessed attacks (emphasis added)… No refugee who wanted to come and live in France was chosen for this attack.”
Even if that is true, which it probably isn’t, the fact that most of the refugees flooding into Europe are Muslims means they already have the inborn seeds of terrorism growing within their souls.
Listening to the words of Abu Al-Ayna al-Ansari provides valuable insights into the inner workings of an Islamist’s mind, where there is no rational basis to explain their manner of thinking. “Some political forces are trying to exploit the incident in a campaign against the refugees. Even before the Paris attack, those political forces were against the migrants for numerous reasons that are connected to the nature of their countries and to their general position on the migration phenomenon,” said Ansari.
“Exploit the incident”? In other words, let thousands upon thousands of Muslim refugees enter your country, make demands on your economy and compassion, alter your culture beyond recognition and suddenly the West is exploiting the incident?
In the Muslim world, everything is out of sync. Everything is upside-down. Everything is topsy-turvy.
But have no fear, because Barack Obama has ISIS contained. That means Americans are safe and secure as long as he is in control. “Father Barack knows best.”
Will that thought make you sleep better tonight?
