Video recipe: St. James Club Wadadli Cocktail


WASHINGTON, January 27, 2014 — With snow, ice and plunging temperatures seizing much of the Continental U.S. this winter, there’s no better time to make a classic Caribbean cocktail.

In this video, Melissa, a head bartender at the family-friendly resort of St. James Club on the lush island of Antigua, shares a local favorite called Wadadli Cocktail.

This rum-based drink kissed with grenadine and topped with tropical fruit is the start of your Caribbean escape, even if you’re hunkering down for a long winter’s night at home.
