BUFFALO, NY — The all-new Hyundai Sonata is embodying advanced technologies and Hyundai’s Sensuous Sportiness design language with a sophisticated four-door-coupe look. That is a mouthful, what does this really mean to those looking in the sedan market for a modern 4-door vehicle. It means that the new Sonata is has a lower profile, wider stance, more aggressive curves and sharp lines of a 4-door coupe. Inside you’ll encounter a sleek, modern cabin with premium touches and your experience is further elevated with state-of-the-art technology and safety. Safety first design.
You’d be hard pressed to not be impressed by the Sonata’s standard safety features; including Forward Collision Warning, Smart Cruise Control, Lanes Follow Assist and Driver Attention Warning. Optional safety that we wish were standard include: :Surround view monitor (Limited only); Blind Spot Warning; Blind Spot Monitor; Hyundai Digital Key (Android); Highway Drive Assist; Rear Cross Traffic Collision Avoidance; Remote Smart Parking Assist (which is a very cool feature for tight parking spots); Blind Spot Collision Avoidance Assist; Parking Collision Avoidance Assist; New 8” Head -Up Display and Wireless charging. The Sonata offers a lot of safety features that can increase the price, however. Make sure to buy what you need and be careful wit what you want, as the monthly payments will be impacted.
The Sonata is powered by two-different engines, the 2.5L engine is a new more powerful motor or the 1.6L Turbo with 180hp. Both engines offer four Drive Modes- smart, normal, sport, custom in a front wheel drive platform. The Sonata seats five people, in its all new designed interior that offer a lot of value. There are a total of eight exterior colors and three interior colors.
