WACO, Texas, May 30, 2016 — In an ongoing effort to put a serious sexual assault scandal behind it, Baylor University has announced it will appoint former Wake Forest coach Jim Grobe as interim football coach of the Baylor Bears. In an apparently related move, the University’s current president, Ken Starr, the former special prosecutor during the Clinton-Lewinski sex scandal, is being moved to the position of University Chancellor. Dr. David Garland, in turn, was named interim university president.
