AUSTIN, April 6, 2016 – The 2016 GOP presidential nomination process is fraught with ideological battles over who is and who isn’t a true conservative. But the question must be asked, do voters care any where as much as pundits and those, like Ted Cruz, that wear the “true conservative” sash.
What is being missed is that true conservatives, many voted into power during the 2014 mid-terms, have not done much, if anything, that they promised to combat liberal policies. Instead we see them supporting the agenda of the Democrats far too often.
