COLORADO SPRINGS: Although President Trump holds few full-scale traditional news conferences, his press availability day in and day out is nearly constant. He answers questions on his way to the helicopter, on his way from the helicopter, questions are lobbed at him, from all directions all the time.
Leaving aside the “Hate Trump” media’s obsession with what to them is his constantly impending impeachment, they have managed over the past two years to ask him nearly every other question. They question his past love affairs, his company, Russia, his family, and his taxes.
Their approach has been consistent; to create their own fantastical fecal matter narratives, demanding he engages them in a constant state of denial.
Forgive the Mainstream Media for missing the real news, the stuff the President says in between his denials.
In the past few months, the President has repeated two similar throwaway remarks. The Deep State media, so obsessed as they are with their specialness, understandably miss what the President is saying.
If any of them even heard them, their Saul Alinsky brains probably would have dismissed them.
The President predicted that “perhaps his greatest achievement as president would be cleaning up the Washington swamp.”
The media, when not regurgitating Rep. Maxine Waters’, D-CA, infamous words, “Impeachment 45, Impeachment 45, Impeachment 45,” rarely bother to cover his achievements:
- Record-breaking low unemployment for African-Americans and Hispanics;
- Making America not just energy independent, but energy dominant in the world;
- Resuscitating the clean coal, steel and manufacturing industries;
- Dealing with American companies to “convince” them (see “The Art of the Deal,”) to return their businesses stateside;
- Calming down the North Korean president’s threats and vitriol;
- Convincing NATO countries to pay their fair share NATO dues for a change;
- Re-building a decimated U.S. military;
- Killing off ISIS.
To name just a few of the Trump Administration “wins”. For a full list visit Together, we are building a safe, strong, and proud America. Meanwhile, with his left hand, he plays chess with the Mainstream Media and Congress’ newly elected socialist children. Elected despite not one of them having read the Bill of Rights or the Constitution.
A steady drumbeat of hatred, false accusations, and threats to his family has been the background to his presidency from the beginning.
He’s withstood the quixotically changing policy positions of Senator Charles Schumer and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi
Like Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, the duo of Pelosi and Schumer seem to operate from the maddening and nonsensical stance of “When I say ‘Yes,’ I mean ‘No,’ and when I say ‘No,’ I mean ‘Yes.’”
Moreover, he has endured the “nattering nabobs of negativity.”
Those Democrats and liberal pundits who have hung their hats on a bogus Special Counsel investigation. A false effort whose only basis is Hillary Clinton’s opposition research and lies. Watch for the Special Counsel’s report on “News at Eleven” sometime in the coming century.
Despite the Fake News media’s claim, President Trump is not a stupid man.
He made it to the top in New York City, surviving, in no particular order, tabloids’ front-page coverage of his romantic life, two bankruptcies, and working with the New York building trades. He lived to tell the tale, oversee an international real estate conglomerate, star in an award-winning national television show, run for president, and win.
To be sure, part of the anger at his presidential style has focused on Trump’s direct speech patterns in an era of political correctness. His use of comedy also was dead on arrival: “Perhaps the media can ask the Russians for Hillary’s e-mails,” fell on deaf ears as the swamp dwellers heard and duly reported, “He asked Russia to spy on us!”
Who, then, is the real “Donald Trump?
Early on, due to his high-level political donations, fast-lane life, and national television celebrity exposure, Donald Trump saw the hypocrisy of official Washington up close and personally.
Clearly, for those who listen, he has referenced enough knowledge of his country, past and present to show how broad is his knowledge of the history, essence, and direction of America. He is a capitalist that believes in this country as the Founding Father’s saw it. Recognizing the genius of our founders who factored in human nature in their limited government documents.
He knew the “Swamp” when he took the oath of office. In this instance, he has only himself to blame. Recall the famous children’s story of the frog that gave a scorpion a ride across the river? When the frog is stung by his passenger, the scorpion replies: “You knew I was a scorpion when you picked me up.”
Finally, he has turned over his Trump Empire to his sons. Donated his salary to a variety of groups including vets and education.
Most important, he has shelved a comfortable life for the constant barrage by the media and liberals progressives.
So, why are Democrats and liberals so angry?
The scorpions in the Washington Deep State Swamp, the ones who protest Trump’s style, policies, and so-called crimes-yet-to-be-proven, profess they are not out to “get him.” However, the dirty little secret is that they are.
They see a real life “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington.” They see a problematic, commonsensical citizen leader, outraged by the geometric progression of official malfeasance, corruption, and cover-ups accomplished at their hands over the years.
However, make no mistake: They know who he is. He is their enemy. A garish man whom they have not yet succeeded in dispatching, though God knows, they’ve tried.
What we have here is a war for the heart and soul of our country.
Battle lines have been drawn: Socialism against Bill of Rights, political correctness against Freedom of Speech, common sense against propaganda.
Importantly it is those who know history against those who have little knowledge of world and U.S. history.
“Those who do not know history are doomed to repeat it.
For those who still profess not to understand President, all they need to do is listen to the man himself. President Trump has vocalized his real agenda on several occasions. It is to disrupt the Deep State, to run the scorpions and bottom feeders out of town, and to return America’s governance to the people.
President Trump freely and willingly chose to take on the “clean up on aisle three.” The President willing took a step into the Deep State ready to do battle with the resident scorpions.
For those who have perceived the dangers of a government gone out of control, Trump’s Second Civil War is now Our Civil War.
“Truth, Justice, and the American Way” is not just a slogan used on television dramas. It’s how many still define America: A “Shining City on a Hill.”
