WASHINGTON: The story of the Obama Coup d’etat to surveil then candidate, now President Trump is expanding exponentially. Jerome Corsi is the author of two best-selling books, Unfit for Command (2004) and The Obama Nation (2008). Both books questioned both President Obama and hopeful Democratic presidential candidates.
Jerome Corsi and ‘Robert Mueller
In 2018, Robert Mueller subpoenaed Corsi to testify as to his contact with Roger Stone, a former advisor to Donald Trump. As CommDigiNews reports, Jerome Corsi, an American author, political commentator, and conspiracy theorist was in court with his lawyer, Larry Klayman.
Montgomery’s attorney Larry Klayman says: “The proof of Donald Trumpcommdiginews.com/…/exclusive-obamas-coup-d-etat-proves-illegal-surveillance-coverup-111054being wiretapped is in the documents that were handed over to the FBI.”\
Federal Judge Richard J. Leon denied the request by the DOJ and Mueller’s Special Counsel Office asking to delay a court date for author Jerome Corsi’s $350 million lawsuit against Robert Mueller, the DOJ, CIA, FBI, and NSA.
Corsi is suing Mueller and those intelligence agencies for targeting him with “illegal and unconstitutional” surveillance and blackmail.
Corsi claims Mueller not only targeted citizens with the alleged illegal surveillance but also coordinated leaks from his office. He also claims that Mueller attempted to coerce false testimony and that he is allegedly harassing his family. Corsi, questioned last year by Mueller, denies making any false statements.
In the January hearing, U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon rejected Corsi’s bid to have Leon preside over his lawsuit against Mueller, the DOJ, CIA, FBI, and NSA. Leon, an appointee of President George W. Bush, rejected Corsi’s request for Leon to preside over his case due to the Judge’s familiarity with previous similar cases.
Leon’s refusal to preside over the case, would, the jurist says, undermine the process by which Judges randomly receive cases.
President Clinton appointee, Senior U.S. District Judge Ellen Segal Huevelle, will now preside over the case.
Dennis Montgomery and Robert Mueller
Corsi’s counsel, Larry E. Klayman is also representing Dennis Montgomery, a whistleblower that claims the Obama Administration officials illegally spied on then citizen and eventually candidate Donald Trump. Among those Montgomery identifies are CIA Director John Brennan and the Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, according to the CDN reporting.
From previous CDN reporting:
Montgomery claims that Obama administration officials illegally spied on citizen and candidate Donald Trump. Among those Montgomery identifies are CIA Director John Brennan and the Director of National Intelligence James Clapper
Now Montgomery asserts that the FBI, under Mueller, was the supplier of the computers used to create an illegal super surveillance system. That system was then used by then President Obama’s intelligence chiefs to spy on Trump.Dennis Montgomery is a software designer and former medical technician. Montgomery was selling federal officials computer programs. Montgomery claims he won millions in federal contracts for his supposed terrorist-exposing intelligence software which was later found to be an elaborate “hoax”.
It was “the most important, most sensitive” intelligence tool the agency had, according to a former agency official.
Bre Payton and Robert Mueller
Bre Payton, a 26-year-old conservative political journalist for The Federalist died on December 28th. Payton was found unconscious and barely breathing by a friend, Morgan Murtaugh, on Thursday morning.
24 hours ago I found my friend unconscious and called 911. She’s been in a coma since and really needs a miracle right now. Please, if you’re religious at all, send prayers this way. We really need them. https://t.co/QqeXn0N6g2

Payton, who reportedly had no signs of illness the previous day, allegedly died due to H1N1 flu and/or meningitis.
Bre has passed. We are devastated. Last we saw her, she was her funny, smart, vivacious self. Now lost to us so suddenly. pic.twitter.com/2qJ624A4Dl

What killed Bre Payton
New reports are saying it may have been encephalitis. What is not explained in any reports is how Payton ended up with any of these ailments. The H1N1 flu is a viral disease but does not kill healthy and meningitis, most commonly caused by bacteria.
Meningitis is a neurological disorder, where the flu is a respiratory disorder. Both illnesses have similar symptoms. Meningitis can be misdiagnosed as the flu. However, while most recover from the flu, meningitis can quickly kill. Sometimes within a matter of hours.
However, Meningitis requires a point of entry which may or may not be proved in the autopsy.
Payton breaks story on Mueller wiping Strzok-Page text messages
Payton broke the story of Robert Mueller directing his investigative team to delete text messages between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.
Her December 13, 2018 article DOJ Destroyed Missing Strzok/Page Text Messages Before The IG Could Review Them
“The 11-page report reveals that almost a month after Strzok was removed from Mueller’s team, his government-issued iPhone was wiped clean and restored to factory settings by another individual working in Mueller’s office. The special counsel’s Record’s Officer told investigators that “she determined it did not contain records that needed to be retained.”
“She noted in her records log about Strzok’s phone: ‘No substantive texts, notes or reminders,’” the report states.
When the OIG obtained his old cell phone in January, it had been issued to another individual within the agency and investigators were unable to recover any text messages sent or received by Strozk on that device.
Two weeks after Page departed Mueller’s team on July 15, 2017, her government-issued iPhone was also wiped and restored to factory settings and had not been reissued to another person within the agency. No one within the special counsel’s office or the Justice Management Divisions of the agency had any records as to who cleared all the data from the iPhone.
The OIG was able to recover more than 19,000 texts between Strozk and Page on their old government-issued Samsung Galaxy S5 devices that had been lost due to the agency’s “collection tool failure.”
The OIG did not include the content of these texts in the report.”
Payton was a frequent guest on Fox News and CNN and also appeared on MSNBC, NPR and BBC World News. Whatever the cause of her sudden death, she raises serious questions about the ethical conduct of the Mueller probe in her last article. An autopsy is pending.
The Ties the Bind: The willful, unethical conduct of Robert Mueller
The common thread through all of these cases is the willful unethical conduct of Robert Mueller. Mueller seems to have a willingness to do anything – erase emails, suborn perjury, threaten witnesses, hide evidence – to destroy his victims. All in his quest to eviscerate Donald Trump.
The common thread between Corsi, Montgomery and Payton is a Les Miserables type prosecutor with an extreme bias against President Trump. He is not unlike a despot drunk on power. Willing to do anything to get his way.
Law be damned. Lives be damned. Truth be damned.
Jerome Corsi may well be the key to exposing the corrupt tactics of Robert Mueller and his henchman Andrew Weissman. Dennis Montgomery has provided prima face evidence of an illegal wiretapping scheme by James Comey, James Clapper and John Brennan to spy on Donald Trump. Montgomery has given evidence of Mueller involvement in Uranium One.
Bre Payton accused Mueller of destroying evidence to hide misconduct by Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.
All point to the corrupt unethical underbelly of a rogue prosecutor seeking to upend the constitutional authority of the United States. All make clear that our very political legitimacy as a nation is at stake.
If Mueller and Weissman can utilize any illegal, and unethical tactic to get what they want too destroy the legitimate President of the United States then why bother having elections in the first place.
