WASHINGTON, August 9, 2014 –  New York Times journalist Thomas L. Friedman sits down and talk to President Obama about how ​the United States can be a benevolent force as well as a superpower. The interview promises to be all the more interesting based on the limited airstrikes in Iraq, and the humanitarian efforts ordered, by the President.
