WASHINGTON, DC: A frail Robert Mueller stepped in front of the cameras to confirm that he was the living embodiment of Peter Strzok’s ‘insurance policy”. In a faltering voice, a fragile-looking Mueller exposed the extreme bias he holds against President Trump. Turning the 300 years of common law and American jurisprudence on its head, Mueller essentially said that Trump was guilty until proven innocent.
In doing so he did the exact same thing James Comey did in exonerating Hillary Clinton in that famous press conference in July of 2016.
Mueller and Comey: Joined at the hip
Except Robert Mueller smeared an American citizen in a despotic fashion. Laying out a series of unproven charges, without charging a criminal action. It was a political action designed for a different purpose than Comey. Comey was attempting to clear Hillary in spite of overwhelming criminal behavior.
In his statement, Mueller is attempting to smear Trump. Mueller is exceeding his judicial authority by turning a special counsel who reported to the AG into a public crusader for the Democrat Party. Mueller is actively seeking to spur impeachment by Congress, exposing his blatant bias against the President.
This is a total and unacceptable reversal of the rule of law. In doing so he discredited his two-year investigation, becoming a modern-day version of Inspector Javert in Les Miserables.
Mueller’s conduct: Persecution by Inquisition
This was persecution. An inquisition. An unconscionable, un-American smear campaign against the President of the United States. Perpetuating the agenda of the coup plotters who were instrumental in the framing Trump in the first place.
In his actions and in displaying his extreme bias, he underscores what we have known about the Mueller inquisition from the very beginning. It was a witch hunt. A putsch. An attempted coup, seeking to undo the results of the 2016 election, and overthrow the government of the United States. Its almost as if Mueller felt more loyalty to James Comey than he did to the constitution.
Inverting the rule of law: The President is not, not guilty
In America, every person is innocent until proven guilty. Prosecutors either bring charges against a defendant or they say nothing at all. Mueller seems to think we operate under the Napoleonic code, where a defendant must prove his innocence. That is unconstitutional on its face.
It is not the job of a prosecutor to exonerate. Either a defendant is charged or a prosecutor says nothing. Not Mueller. He lays out 400 pages of alleged misconduct, after exonerating the Trump campaign of any collusion with Russia. But if there was no conspiracy, then how could there be obstruction of a conspiracy that didn’t exist. It defies logic. Unless you have a hidden agenda.
AG Barr sets the record straight on Mueller
It is remarkable that immediately after the Mueller press event, a joint statement from the DOJ, AG and special counsels office undercut every inference Mueller tried to assert. It reminded the public that Mueller said multiple times that the DOJ memo about indicting a sitting President did not play a part in his decision regarding obstruction of justice.
For some reason, Mueller said just the opposite. Seeing his reputation being shattered in the public eye, Mueller was making a desperate attempt to prolong his shelf life. This conference was a defensive move to cover up his deficiencies. To provide cover for a biased work product that is a testament to overreach and abuse of power by the highest levels of the government.
Mueller: Sullying his reputation for honesty
Well its too late. Mueller reputation for fairness and decency is in the gutter. The tenor and tone of his remarks is undeniable. It might as well be the Mueller/Weissmann/Strzok report. It will not withstand the scrutiny that is coming from US Attorney John Durham.
Indeed, Mueller’s conduct may leave him squarely in Durham’s crosshairs, along with Andrew Weissmann and Peter Strzok.
The problems with the Meuller report are monumental. Beginning with the makeup of his team. (Who Were the Mueller Report’s Hired Guns?) His lead counsel and the author of the Mueller report Andrew Weissmann was instrumental in inserting the Steele dossier into the Carter Page FISA application. (Mueller – Weissmann: Destroying Trump with the fruit of the Poisonous Tree)
He worked closely with Peter Strzok to weaponize the Steele dossier and launch the counterintelligence investigation.
Glaring problems with Mueller and the Mueller report
Strzok and Lisa Page were later exposed when their outrageous anti-Trump text messages were released by the Inspector General. Showing extreme anti-Trump bias, they were integral players, along with Comey, John Brennan, and Andrew Weissmann, in launching the unconstitutional anti-democratic actions that led to the Russia Probe.
What happened to the 6 months of Strzok Page texts that were wiped clean from their devices by the Mueller team after they were forced to step down.
Shades of Hillary Clinton and the 33000 emails. How much more bias and illegal activity is being covered up by those texts being erased?
Is it that the Mueller team themselves destroyed the texts and wiped the devices clean. How is it that Mueller didn’t confirm the initial Strzok Page texts and their implicit bias until it was reported in the media.
When does he face the need for transparency? How is that not obstruction of justice?
Joseph Mifsud was not a Russian Agent.
On the first page of the Mueller report, he asserts that Joseph Misfud was a Russian Agent. Mifsud was the one who reportedly first mentioned to George Papadopoulos that the Russians had Hillary’s emails. Except that Joseph Misfud is an Italian intelligence asset, who worked closely with British intelligence, the CIA and FBI. (Nunes: FBI Has “Something To Hide” On Joseph Mifsud, He’s Not A Russian Asset)
So why are Mueller and Weissmann asserting that the mysterious Joseph Mifsud is a Russian agent when they know that is not the case? Because it destroys their narrative. Mifsud was an American asset. And Mifsud set up Papadopoulos to begin with. They knew that.
Misfud, Halper, Downer, Brennan: A blatant CIA frame job
CIA operative Stephen Halper and Australian diplomat Alexander Downer completed the frame job. John Brennan apparently oversaw and instigated the entire operation. Who in the White House was Brennan reporting to? Barack Obama of course.
So if Joseph Misfud is not a Russian agent, and he is not, then why does Mueller say he is on page one of their report. This eviscerates the credibility of Mueller and the entire probe.
How is this not a miscarriage of justice? More likely it is a continuation of the unconstitutional use of NSA programs to spy on Republicans by the Obama administration going back to 2012.
The whole operation was as much designed to keep the exposure of the abuse of NSA programs and FISA court authority from becoming public. Ironically, in order to do that, they abused FISA Court authority and weaponized the intelligence agencies and the DOJ to stage an attempted coup against Donald Trump.
When did Mueller know there was no collusion
The most disturbing question is that Mueller apparently knew there was no conspiracy to collude with Russia as early as Dec. 2017. Yet he continued his inquisition, seeking to destroy the lives of numerous people, for another 16 months.
He made sure he kept the President under a cloud of suspicion through the 2018 midterms. Yet there is clear evidence Mueller knew all along there was no collusion. Andrew Weissman and Peter Strzok knew the origins of the Steele dossier. They knew that Misfud, Halper, and Downer had been a John Brennan CIA operation to frame Papadopoulos and the Trump campaign.
Framing Trump from the very beginning
‘They knew these things to be a fact the day they launched the counterintelligence investigation. How could they not know they were launching frame jobs and yet still pretended they were conducting a legitimate investigation?
Because it wasn’t legitimate from the start. And they knew it.
So if Robert Mueller knew from day one there was no collusion, then why did he continue? Why didn’t he exonerate the President of the United States in 2017?
Why did he and Weissman continue to put the country through this lie, this coup attempt, for another two years? Because they didn’t care about the truth.
They were all part and parcel of the coup d’erat. Therefore, they could not afford to let the truth come out. The NSA abuse. FISA Abuse. Spying on Americans for years. This was a criminal conspiracy by the entire Mueller team to deflect from the real crimes of the DOJ and CIA.
Mueller is up to his neck in it.
Mueller and his team constantly and consistently conflate Russian espionage efforts with the Trump Campaign.
Russian has always conducted espionage against the United States. They have always tried to interfere in our internal affairs. The fact of Russian spying and espionage has nothing to do with Donald Trump.
Yet Mueller would have you believe that because Russia attempted espionage that Donald Trump was somehow responsible. He asserts they were acting on behalf of Donald Trump. OK, but the Steele dossier is Kremlin disinformation, which is anathema to Donald Trump as well.
If their intention was to sow discord in America, then they succeed in spades. But they did so by colluding with Democrats. Taking payments from Hillary Clinton for the Russian Dossier. Infecting our political process in collaboration with Fusion GPS . Destroying faith in the DOJ and CIA with active collusion from Democrats to overthrow a duly elected President.
A Reckoning is coming
Mueller is out of his mind if he thinks he can slink off and escape oversight from his criminally negligent investigation. He will have many questions to answer to Congress, from Republicans.
When did Mueller know there was no collusion? Why the myopic fixation on Trump, but not the origins of the Steele dossier? What happened to the Strzok Page texts? How is it Mueller spent 40 million dollars and two years before releasing a smear document devoid of basis in truth or jurisprudence?
Durham and Barr are on the case
Mueller, his investigation and its origins are about to be put in the harsh glare of US Attorney John Durham’s investigation. The IG report from Inspector Horowitz on FISA abuse and spying on the Trump campaign is about to be released.
The ruling of FISA Court Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer outlining specifically how the Obama White House abused NSA spy programs, including PRISM, to spy on political opponents and Republicans has been confirmed.
A Grand Jury has been convened and is hearing evidence.
Andrew Weissmann, Peter Strzok, James Comey, and John Brennan have a lot to answer for. So does Robert Mueller. His disgraceful actions last week only underscore how important it is to expose the full details of what happened 2016.
Let Justice prevail lest the heavens fall
William Barr exudes the confidence that decency has been restored at the top the DOJ. The truth of the CIA, DOJ, Obama, Clinton coup attempt is about to come to light. The guilty parties not only tried to collude with the Russians to destroy our democracy. They tried to destroy the very foundations of our republic.
Robert Mueller, faltering and weak, is as guilty of this hateful charade as the rest of them. His reputation is in tatters. His truthfulness and veracity is now revealed to be extreme political bias and abuse of power. (Robert Mueller Should Have Just Kept His Mouth Shut)
If he thought his disgraceful actions with Whitey Bulgar and the Anthrax persecution were bad, he has now capped his career with the worst abuse of judicial authority in the history of our nation. (Barr Assigns U.S. Attorney in Connecticut to Review Origins of Russia Inquiry)
John Durham will deliver justice, truth, and accountability to the American people. Robert Mueller, James Comey, John Brennan, Peter Strzok, Andrew Weissman, James Clapper and their minions in the Obama White House are about to find out what real justice looks like.
It can’t come too soon to save the American Republic and restore faith in the rule of law.
