Nancy ‘Edith Bunker’ Pelosi praises Hamas terrorists as humanitarians

Edith Bunker - Nancy Pelosi

LOS ANGELES, July 30, 2014 — Like Britney Spears, oops, Nancy Pelosi did it again.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi represents her San Francisco district very well. Yet even by San Francisco standards, her utterances often cross the line.

The woman who claimed she could have personally arrested Karl Rove has continued her quest to steal the Barney Fife position from Vice President Joe Biden.

Pelosiraptor synapses do not work in typical fashion.

Pelosi has declared Hamas a “humanitarian organization.” Even the leftist Obama State Department, never a friend to Jews or Israel, reluctantly lists Hamas as a terrorist organization.

Reasonable people could conclude that like Israel, Pelosi’s cranial cravity is definitely not occupied territory.

While Pelosi is an ideologically blind hyper-partisan liberal operative, there is another explanation for Pelosi’s utterances and behaviors: She very well could be a complete and total dingbat.

While describing her as the illiterate cousin of a dolt may not be nice, accuracy in reporting requires analyzing the reincarnation of Jean Stapleton’s character Edith Bunker. The “All in the Family” actress drove Carroll O’Connor’s Archie Bunker crazy with her odd commentary that made sense only to her.

This reached its zenith when Archie pointed out that Jews changed their last names to blend into Christian society. He cited Morris Smith, Izzy Watson, and others.

When son-in-law Mike Stivic tried to disprove the theory by mentioning President Abraham Lincoln, Edith replied, “I didn’t know Lincoln was Jewish.”

There was only one thing Archie could say, and he said it many times over the years.

“Stifle yourself, Edith.”

What else can one say when confronted with idiocy?

Telling people to “shut up” may not be polite, but sometimes it is downright necessary.

Wanting people to pipe down is based on subjective criteria, but at some point their have to be universal standards, no matter how low the television sound-bite era has sunk.

Nancy Pelosi was the woman who said of Obamacare that “We have to pass the bill to find out what’s in it.”

This is the woman who flew to Syria and put on a burka to sip tea with murderer Bashar Assad.

This is the woman who became Speaker of the House and lost the Democratic Majority in only four years.

Republicans nationalized the 2010 elections largely around making her the face of the Democratic Party.

What does one say about a woman who bleats that Republicans want to force the Attorney General to cooperate with a legitimate investigation of a dead border agent out of racism?

South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy called Ms. Pelosi’s remarks on that issue “mind-numbingly stupid.” While Gowdy is right, maybe Pelosi simply is unable to help herself.

Maybe the water in San Francisco truly does have a higher lead content than the law allows.

Maybe she really is just the Queen of Dingbatistan.

While it is tempting to ignore this woman and dismiss her as a San Francisco radical, she is the highest ranking congressional member of a major political party.

Regarding the Israeli conflict with the Palestinians, the truth is that Pelosi, as usual, has no idea what she is talking about. The truth is that America in 2014 is smarter and better than the nonsensical gibberish Pelosi espouses.

So to the Pelosiraptor, Americans should deliver just one message:

Stifle yourself, Nancy.

Another point for Pelosi in the stupidest human alive contest! Obama and Harry Reid will have to work harder to keep pace with her.

    This is a lie.

If it is in any way a correct use of the English language to say that Nancy Pelosi called Hamas a humanitarian organization, then in exactly the same way it is correct to say that YOU just called Hamas a humanitarian organization.

You are entitled to your own opinion. But you aren’t entitled to your own facts.

She was on videotape saying it. Do you believe the tape was altered?

Do you also believe that video footage of the moon landing was fake?

Tell the world exactly why you believe a statement captured on video for the world to see did not really happen.

Go back and read or watch what she said.

        And then stop lying.

        • blacktygrrrr

You seem like an angry individual. If I belonged to an ideology that spent the last 6 years screwing everything up, I would be too. I watched the videotape. When you call me a liar, like many liberals, what you mean is you disagree with me and cannot stand somebody disagreeing with you.

So to quote Colonel Nathan R. Jessup, “You can’t handle the truth!”

So if I said to you, “Dick Cheney said that Iraq would greet us with flowers and chocolates,” would you tell people that I had said that Iraq would greet us with flowers and chocolates?

If so, then you and I have very different definitions of “truth.”

          • blacktygrrrr

Cheney is an intellectual titan, whether one agrees with him or not. He is very bright. Pelosi is an intellectual ant, an utter dunderhead. Anyone spending one cell defending her is wasting that cell.

She was on videotape. It is there for all to see.

Reasonable Democrats want her to shut up and stop embarrassing them.

You wouldn’t know a reasonable Democrat if he stepped over you in an alley.

Zero interest in the author’s part on your comment.

What you mean by “truth” is anything you agree with and “lies” as anything you disagree with. Given how open-minded your comment was, I suspect you are a liberal.

The video is out there for all to see. Perhaps you believe “taken out of context” is code for “seen perfectly clearly and described accurately.”

You’re projecting. Words have meaning and to say that Pelosi praised Hamas is either moronic or dishonest. Since the author (you, I’m assuming) didn’t bother to quote Pelosi, while using as much space to recount an All in The Family episode to pad the piece, I am leaning toward dishonest.

That’s OK, though. I’m honestly not your intended audience, since I value facts. Carry on.

        • blacktygrrrr

She called Hamas a “humanitarian organization.” There are your quotes.

You do not value facts. You value smugness. Again, smugness is to liberalism as Pelosi is to idiocy.

If you can defend her, then that means you agree with her. That makes you morally bankrupt. Again, you are a liberal.

Acting French with your nose in the air does not make you right. It just makes you condescending.

You are not my intended audience because my intended audience does not rely on pre-determined inflexible views and elementary school playground rankouts to make their points. You did. I prefer people willing to consider other points of view and challenging their own assumptions.

          eric @ the Tygrrrr Express

          • Kirk

Dude. Why would you say that Hamas is a Humanitarian organization? That’s just sick. You stay away from me and my family!
