God and the Deplorables help in Trump’s victory

Victory is temporary & now the real work begins.

SAN JOSE, Ca, November 10, 2016 — As reaction to Donald Trump’s upset victory over Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Machine seeped out from various sources on Wednesday, several headlines or public comments referred to the “deplorables.” Titles such as “Revenge of the Deplorables,” or “The ‘Deplorables’ Got the Last Laugh,” made headlines across the nation, and several articles attributed Trump’s victory to the “deplorables.” Other headlines among many of the news outlets indicated the stunned mood among many in the mainstream media that Donald Trump had won the 2016 presidential election.

An article in the New Republic stated: “Let’s face it: Liberals helped stoke the rage that elected Donald Trump.” So, indirectly the message article to fellow Leftists/Liberals, is that it was actually the Liberal Left that is responsible for stirring awakening the slumbering giant of the American people that voted for Trump.

But, in a deeper revelation is found the underlying reason for a Trump landslide: “Liberals who barely slept last night, if at all, roused on Wednesday morning wondering what the hell happened in America to create president-elect Donald J. Trump. It would be easy to spit out the words ‘white people’ and be done with it.”

Jenice Armstrong, an award-winning columnist who writes for the Philadelphia Enquirer Daily News and Philly.com, posted an article titled, ”Shame on ‘deplorables’ who supported Donald Trump.” The article is quite instructive, if not a very narrow-minded and blatantly bigoted piece from an author who is clueless to her own words that reveal her prejudice and ignorance.

She wrote these words near midnight of Election Day:

It appeared that uneducated white male voters were about to have their way. Instead of putting someone into office who was eminently qualified and just happened to be a woman, they went for a reality-TV star as their commander-in-chief. What did they think this was, a video game?

Shame on them.

Shame on the women who raised these voters.

Shame on everyone else who fell for the okeydoke and Donald…Trump’s vague promises to make America great again – as if it weren’t already the greatest country on earth.

I thought we were smarter than that. I thought we were better. I thought we were deeper thinkers and more compassionate human beings. Clinton was onto something when she called this portion of the electorate deplorables.

…Whatever they’re called, they are rejoicing while the rest of the country reels.

…When Trump gets into the White House, we’ll deserve every bit of scorn the world

Instead of watching election results, everyone should have been on their knees praying.

God help us all.

The self-reflections of the Philly.com writer are perhaps genuine, perhaps a bit dramatic to a certain extent, but they reveal something very real about a good number of people who live in this nation that actually believe what writer portrays. And whether the writer actually believes in God, or heeded her own words of advice to the electorate, it is possible that the greatest revelation of all appears: “God help us all.”

It seems to many people of faith, who do believe in God, and who do pray, that God has helped us all, helped America once again in this dire time.

It may come as a shock to the Armstrongs of the nation that a majority of those uneducated deplorables were already on their hands and knees praying for God to help America long before it may have occurred to her. It may come as a shock to those like the New Republic writer (and more likely to the liberal Left) that God could have actually helped the genuine believers because they had prayed quite deeply for quite a long while for the blessings of Heaven and a victory for the America that He loves.

One important takeaway from the entire 2016 election cycle is that more Christians and people of faith in America were awakened than ever before, and in their awakened state, they must have possessed a “firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence,” and they must have made an “appeal to the Supreme Judge of the world for rectitude of …intentions” because the 2016 election was about the value of inalienable rights of free men and women coming from God and not government.

The 2016 election was actually an opportunity for all Americans to re-affirm their belief in and their adherence to, the self-evident truths in the Declaration of Independence. Among the fundamental truths in that incredible document is the acknowledgement of the existence of a Creator, and this is truly not something those in the liberal Left can comprehend.

The Democrats had attempted to remove God from their party platform in 2008, but they were not totally united to kick God out of their party as it would have resulted in bad public relations. But intent was overtly evident; it was a demonstrable and dramatic event. Through the 2016 election, and over the recent years, the “Democratic” Party has become controlled by people who have little regard for God in their party, let alone a basic acceptance that God even exists.

And, while neither political party has a monopoly on agnostics or atheists, the Democrats apparently do not care anymore about keeping up a pretense of belief in God.

Yet, it is possible that there are those who may believe in a God, but fashioned in what their image of God should be, rather than accepting God from what people of faith know Him to be.

It would be extremely helpful, if someone who loves God and is near to Mr. Trump would help the new president to also appreciate and give thanks to Heaven and our Creator for all of His blessings upon this great nation.

Perhaps Mr. Trump could even make one of the best deals he has ever made in his life: to create a genuine partnership with heaven to make America great again!
