First they came for the Jews: The midnight arrests of Stone, Flynn & Corsi

WASHINGTON:  There is hardly a case thay may be made for the honest administration of justice in America. A state where police powers are almost as ruthless, and at least as arbitrary, as Nazi SS or Soviet KGB powers once were.

An exaggeration? Maybe not.

Roger Stone, Carter Page, Michael Flynn and perhaps Jerome Corsi have in common one thing: Before they have been convicted of anything, they have been destroyed by the government and its agent Robert Mueller. Their reputations have been scorched, their bank accounts drained and their families virtually impoverished.

They have been visited by jackboot thuggery of Robert Mueller. Their crimes far less than Hillary Clinton’s treasonous email server.  Her repeated lies to the FBI being far more virulent than lost memories of non-crimes.

They have been reduced to begging through the expedient of Go-Funding programs. (Roger Stone, Michael Flynn, Jerome Corsi)

First They Came

There is a well-known and often quoted verse arising in the 20Th Century, First They Came, by Martin Niemöller.

But these four men above are hardly the only ones arrested in the night.

Contemporary history is replete with horror stories of how the IRS has, as one example of our government, through arbitrary and arcane rules, used police powers to ruin the lives of people. But enough about Lois Lerner and her minions; some of them can read.

One political persuasion in this country seems enamored with coloring any opposite persuasion with invectives such as “Nazis” or “Fascist.” The other side might refer to our own government, called, The Washington Establishment or Deep State, as such, in rebuttal, but does so to a lesser extent.

However, there is a difference in a debate between reaching for the stars, for argument and digging into hell for them.

Elections have consequences

Usually, the affront and name-calling by one to the other is because the “caller” lost an election.

However, most of the spokesmen for either side seem not to have any historical context and certainly less sourcing for whom they call these names. Our government has not, so far, built any gas chambers for the masses.  Yet, the left doubled-downed on their efforts to wipe out Americans via abortion.

Abortion Politics and the Progressive Left destruction of America

The process whereby men, and women, can be dragged out of their homes with massive military-style police in the early morning hours cannot help but bring up old memories.  Memories of men like Heinrich Himmler, Nazi S.S. head, who had as much arbitrary power as today’s FISA (so-called) courts of law. And maybe less than today’s F.B.I. Himmler empowered not so much by Hitler, as by Joseph Goebbels, whose office oversaw the news media and arts.

Today, look at the support that the government gets from many news outlets, particularly on T.V.’s so-called news programs.

Any given day, talking-heads, absent minds, support not only the Mueller investigation but the strongarm tactics.

So, once we had Himmler and Goebbels led and fed by Hitler. Today we have Mueller and Media led and fed by the “Justice” department.

Perhaps fifty years from now there will be a poem in a futuristic Wikipedia that some contemporary Orwellian scholar has penned.

First They Came redux

First, they came for the South, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Southerner.

Then they came for the Republicans, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Republican.

Then they came for the Democrats and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Democrat.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me (so I appealed to President-Elect Andrew Cuomo for my life)
