Lifting illegal immigrants ‘out of the shadows’

WASHINGTON, September 17, 2014 – In January of 2013, President Obama outlined his plan for immigration reform in a speech delivered in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“Right now, we have 11 million undocumented immigrants in America; 11 million men and women from all over the world who live their lives in the shadows,” said the president, “Yes, they broke the rules. They crossed the border illegally.  Maybe they overstayed their visas. Those are facts. Nobody disputes them.  But these 11 million men and women are now here. Many of them have been here for years.”

The White House released a “fact sheet” for reporters, a portion of which reads:

“The President’s Executive Order on travel and tourism… facilitates more efficient travel by allowing greater flexibility to designate countries for participation in the Visa Waiver Program, which allows citizens of designated countries to visit the United States without obtaining a visa… It permits the State Department to waive interview requirements for certain very low-risk visa applicants.”

Today, that’s less than comforting considering some European nations on the visa waiver list watch helplessly as their citizens joyfully commit atrocities in the service of the Islamic State.

A 2002 Center for Immigration Studies white paper said, “The visa waiver program, which allows individuals from some countries to visit the United States without a visa, has been exploited by terrorists. French-born Zacarias Moussaoui, who may have been the intended 20th hijacker on September 11th, entered the country using the visa waiver program.”

That same year, French intelligence sources confirmed to CBS’s 60 Minutes that “back as early as 1995 French agents traced Moussaoui to Afghanistan on what they believe was a trip to an Al Qaeda camp. Second, in 1999, the French put Moussaoui on a watch list of potential terror suspects. Third, in 2000, French intelligence followed Moussaoui to Pakistan. They believe he went to see a man named Abu Jaffa – a top lieutenant to Osama bin Laden.”

Last June, Attorney General Eric Holder declared that the Justice Department would provide lawyers to represent illegal aliens in immigration court.

When Zacarias Moussaoui (9/11’s “20th hijacker”) was arrested in Minnesota on August 16, 2001 for overstaying his visa, the Minneapolis FBI field office asked Washington to issue a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance (FISA) warrant to search the contents of Moussaoui’s laptop computer.

Washington complained “that Minneapolis’s FISA request was couched in a manner intended to get people ‘spun up,’” said The 9/11 Commission Report. “The supervisor replied that was precisely his intent. He said he was ‘trying to keep someone from taking a plane and crashing into the World Trade Center.’ The headquarters agent replied that this was not going to happen and that they did not know if Moussaoui was a terrorist.”

The Justice Department’s “National Security Law Unit declined to submit a FISA application,” said the 9/11 report.

Moussaoui intended to follow up on what fellow jihadist Mahmud Abouhalima left undone as leader of the failed 1993 World Trade Center bombing – bring down the towers. According to the Center for Immigration Reform, Abouhalima “was legalized as a seasonal agricultural worker as part of the 1986 [immigration] amnesty. Only after he was legalized was he able to travel outside of the country, including several trips to the Afghanistan/Pakistan border, where he received the terrorist training he used in the bombing.”

President Obama says his pending unilateral action to grant some form of amnesty to a portion of America’s 11.5 million illegal aliens “will lift these individuals out of the shadows.”

It certainly did for Mahmud Abouhalima and his fellow jihadists. And they operated in broad daylight under the very noses of those in government sworn to protect Americans against all enemies foreign and domestic.

What we have at the present moment is a world in crISIS, literally. It is painfully obvious that the organizer in chief is practically done transforming U.S. A few more executive orders, and voila, transformation is done. With the likes of the town crier, Boehner, capitulating to everything this fraud wants, we are doomed. Even the Turkish government told him to go pound salt. Not Boehner….To us everything our constitional leader touches turns to manure, but to him, he is right on target. Can you imagine being ridiculed for wanting the constitution upheld? This is beyond insane, it’s maniacal.

    BTW, loved the latest podcast….

Illegal immigrants around the world need to be immediately shipped back to their OWN countries. They destroy every place they go.
