20 crucial questions Special Counsel Robert Mueller needs to answer
WASHINGTON, DC: A weary Special Counsel Robert Mueller will finally testify Wednesday about the extended op-ed piece that is the Mueller/Weissmann report. There are a number of serious questions that we need to ask about the genesis and foundation of the report. In particular is Mueller’s responsibility for taking part in a partisan political assassination and intentional destruction of a sitting president.
Taking the rule of law with it.
If Mueller doesn’t answer these questions, then perhaps U.S. Attorney John Durham will. Many things smell about the Special Counsel and his heavily biased investigation.
As we all know, fish rots from the head.
Questions 1 through 4: Collusion
When did you know there was no collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia?
Apparently most of your senior staff knew it months before you were even appointed. Therefore, you should have known on day one that there was no foundation to the intentionally dishonest Democratic claims that Trump was colluding with the Russians.
The lead attorney for President Trump, John Dowd, says conclusively that Mueller knew that there was no collusion by December, 2017. Which leads to Questions 2, 3, and 4.
If you knew there was no collusion by December 2017, then why did the inquisition extend another 16 months until April, 2019?
Why did you deliberately extend the investigation through the midterm elections?
How are we to conclude that there was no political motive for continuing to target Trump after you knew there was no underlying crime?
Everyone on the Mueller team knew there was no collusion from day one of the investigation. Everyone behind the investigation knew the entire Mueller investigation was a set-up. An extension of the ongoing Russia hoax.
Initiated by John Brennan in association with a cabal of senior officials in the Obama White House. Part of a pattern of illegal spying on Americans by the Obama administration.
Which brings us to Question 5.
Question 5: Joseph Mifsud
Why did you say on page one of the Mueller report that Joseph Mifsud was a Russian agent? Mifsud is a CIA, State Department asset who regularly works with Italian and British intelligence and trained FBI agents in counter-espionage. This is crucial. A provable lie at the very center of the Mueller-Weissmann conspiracy to undermine a sitting President.
Because if Mifsud is an American asset, and he is, then the entire basis of the Russia hoax falls apart. Mifsud supposedly told George Papadopoulos that the Russians had Hillary Clinton’s emails. But Mifsud was setting up Papadopoulos on the direct instructions of John Brennan.
As part of an Obama White House CIA operation against the Trump campaign.
If Mifsud is not a Russian agent, and he isn’t, then the Mueller Report is a provable lie. The entire basis of the official version of the Russia hoax was a deliberate creation of Brennan and the Obama White House.
So how did all this happen?
Questions 6 and 7: Andrew Weissmann
Why did you hire Andrew Weissmann to staff and run your investigation?
Weissman came with an incredibly partisan and dishonest reputation, so why did you allow Weissmann to staff the inquisition?
Peppering the team with 23 openly partisan Democrats, including the former counsel for the Clinton Foundation?
Andrew Weissmann was known for repeatedly abusing his prosecutorial authority, especially in the Arthur Anderson case. (U.S. Supreme Court Reverses Criminal Conviction of Arthur Andersen in Enron Scandal)
He was overruled 9-0 by the Supreme Court and reprimanded for his unethical behavior. By then Arthur Anderson was out of business, and two innocent Merrill Lynch executives had been in prison for over a year.
Weissmann’s connections to Hillary Clinton are well known, including his attending her non-victory party. His Stassi East German tactics against Michael Flynn, Jerome Corsi, Roger Stone, and all the targets of Mueller inquisition were despicable. But that was par for the course for the Mueller-Weissmann assault on our legal system.
Question 7: What was the specific crime justifying the investigation?
What was the underlying crime that gave you the authority to investigate the President in the first place? Because legally, if there was no underlying crime, there should not have been a special counsel at all. So what was the crime Donald Trump was credibly accused of? And with what evidence? And remember, we are talking about the sitting, duly elected President of the United States.
What Mueller has done, as an extension of the Brennan, Comey Russia hoax, has been to be a willing tool of the ongoing conspiracy against Donald Trump by the Obama White House.
That brings us to Peter Strzok.
Questions 8, 9, and 10: The Strzok Page texts Mueller erased
Why did you not more publicly deal with the firing of Peter Strzok and Lisa Page when their anti-Trump texts were made available to you, and then made public?
How could you not have been aware of their political bias when you hired them?
Most crucially, why did you deliberately erase all of the text messages and emails on their devices for the critical last 6 months before they were fired by the Special Counsel investigation?
It was the DOJ IG Horowitz who discovers the texts from Strzok to Page. Mueller ends up firing them in July 2017. Yet, no announcement is made until November 2017, when someone leaks the texts to the press. But Strzok and Page, along with Weissmann, Andrew McCabe, and James Comey, were all openly and vociferously anti- Trump. Mueller had to know that. Is there no watercooler in that office?
The talented Mr. Strzok: He is everywhere
We now know they were all principle players at every stage of the Brennan, Clapper, Comey Russia hoax.
Strzok is ubiquitous. He is the lead agent in clearing Hillary Clinton. Strzok launches the counterintelligence investigation against Trump based on the Brennan/Mifsud frame-up of Papadopoulos that he took part in.
Strzok and Weissmann use the phony Steele Dossier to concoct the illegal FISA warrant application. Strzok works with Brennan on the completely fictitious October 2016 Intelligence Community Assessment accusing Russia of working to help Trump.
He is Brennan’s ongoing liaison with the DOJ.
So with all this history, how is it that the devices of both Strzok and Page are wiped clean, even after they were aware of their previous outrageous texts and emails. It is reminiscent of Hillary Clinton wiping her devices with bleach bit. It is clearly a direct obstruction of justice. And this is the Special Counsel. The unassailable Bob Mueller. Paragon of truth and upright behavior.
Please explain how and why this happened? We think we know.
Questions 11 – 15: Fusion GPS and the Steele Dossier
Why did you never investigate Fusion GPS and the origins of the Steele Dossier?
While you were investigating Donald Trump Jr. and the Trump Tower meeting, how is it that you did not know that it was set up by Fusion GPS, who met with Veselnitskaya both before and after the meeting?
How is it that Veselnitskaya was able to attend the meeting on a special Visa granted by Atty. General Loretta Lynch?
How is that every obvious connection between Hillary Clinton, the DNC, and Democrat partisans with the Steele Dossier and Kremlin disinformation campaign passed through the DOJ by a corrupt British spy was ignored?
How is any of this possible?
How stupid do Mueller and the Democrats think we are? Those don’t count as official questions. They are more like stating the obvious fact. Mueller’s investigation was the personification of Strzok’s insurance policy to undermine and destroy Donald Trump.
Russian hacking is a cover story for the attempted coup
Which brings us to the center of the Russia hoax and the unfounded conclusion of Mueller regarding Russian hacking. While Russian espionage is constant and ongoing, so is Chinese, Iranian, Israeli, British, and American. Mueller specifically outlines a series of unprovable indictments and suppositions that overlook many obvious questions as to the veracity of their conclusions.
Mueller’s assertion that the Russians hacked the DNC is disputed by Wikileaks Founder Julien Assange. The FBI never examined the DNC server. Perkins Boie, the law firm that the Clinton Campaign and the DNC hired to hire Fusion GPS, also hired Cloudstrike, the partisan Democrat computer services firm that examined the server.
Questions 16 – 20: The DNC server and Russian hacking
Why did the FBI never look at the server itself?
How could the FBI, with the most advanced digital forensic abilities, rely on the services of Cloudstrike, when their conclusions could not be trusted or verified?
Why was Julian Assange never approached about the source of Wikileaks disclosures?
Why are you perpetuating a line of disinformation about Russian election interference that is demonstrably untenable, highly damaging to the American body politic in its dishonesty, and provably false?
Finally we have to ask Mueller, if every other aspect of this investigation from the spying on the Trump campaign to the Steele dossier to the FISA warrants to the persecution and framing of the President has been shown to be part of a coup d’etat against the Trump presidency, how can we believe anything you tell us?
The Russia hoax: An attempted coup
Asked another way, if so many aspects of your investigation and your report, and the people behind it, have been shown to be part of an Obama White House CIA DOJ assault on the rule of law. That they were created in an attempt to undermine and overthrow the President of the United States. Then aren’t we safe to conclude that you have been a willing participant in the same conspiracy?
Mueller certainly has to answer for the numerous corrupt anti-constitutional actions of his cohorts, counterparts, and accomplices. Maybe the American people will finally see the corruption and abuse of power he represents. Certainly, by the time John Durham finishes, much of the real truth behind the Russia hoax will finally be revealed.
It certainly is not the way Mueller thought he would end his career. But if even half of what we believe is true, then Robert Mueller is about to get the grilling of his life, and the just desserts he so richly deserves.
