WASHINGTON, December 6, 2014 — There is a multi-billion dollar industry that profits from the marketing, merchandising and advancement of black misery, death and political enslavement in America. Guess who is at the head of the line in perpetrating it? First, it is not a white person. This class of misery launderers is black and their goal for the black communities around the nation is quite simple. The higher the poverty rate and misery index is kept the more money, jobs and careers in depriving black economic growth and prosperity are kept in place. The bottom line is: Black misery and death pays well in America for them.
The mechanisms were put in place more than a century ago. In fact, celebrated civil rights leader Booker T. Washington, who is the noted author of “Up From Slavery” which chronicles his life after slavery, despised those blacks who made careers from race hustling.
In 1911, he spoke quite forcefully about this in his book “My Larger Education,” stating, “There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs-partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs.”
Washington had been a slave and had endured the beating, whippings, deprivation of freedom that all slaves had experienced and yet he found something even more loathsome than the former slave master: the race hustlers of his time.
The goal of the race hustlers of the late 19th and early 20th century was no different from those who hold the same equally scandalous position of today. They understood that in order to keep the freed slave and his children and grandchildren in his hip pocket he had to keep them mentally enslaved. Therefore, when federal programs or community chests charities gave out funds to help provide educational, housing and other much needed services, the money was either pocketed or diverted to the race hustler’s projects.
The purpose was simple. In order to be paid, they were willing to maintain a system of mental slavery, and even keep conditions in the growing urban areas substandard in order to keep the newly emancipated blacks always with a handout and never with a hand up.
Has the thought ever crossed any black father or mother’s mind during all of those decades that passed between emancipation, President Lyndon B. Johnson’s War on Poverty up through President Barack Obama where all that money went? There has been a laundry list of civil rights bills and funding to the tune of trillions of dollars spent. According to a 2012 Cato Institute study, $15 trillion has been spent in total welfare spending since President Lyndon Johnson began the “war on poverty” in 1964, The poverty rate in the United States has remained relatively constant and poverty in black America has risen. Does it make any sense to wonder how it ended up leaving the black community having less education, less jobs and less housing opportunities than before? In the words of the street: “Somebody got paid!”
The merchandising of Black Death and black misery is not controlled or created by white America. Simply look at your next door neighbor, or down the black at your community leader who works for the system. So what is the system doing for you or your family? You pay your taxes but your child has half of a chance at graduating from high school, seventy percent of a chance at going to jail and in many urban communities having more than a seventy percent chance at growing up in a single parent household without a dad.
Even now as protesters begin to leave Ferguson, MO or abandon the streets, downtown gathering places in New York, and other cities decrying police brutality and supporting “Hands Up” or “I Can’t Breathe” demonstrations, who profited? The race hustlers will have already been paid their fee of tens of thousands per appearance to keep emotions high and their income flowing. Just ask how Jesse Jackson and his Operation Push managed to make tens of millions. Ask Al Sharpton with his multi-million dollar misery pimping machine National Action Network how much he makes annually at keeping race baiting alive and black urban achievement low.
Will you see any marchers or protesters in Chicago which competes annually for the murder capitol of the nation which it held in 2012 based upon a FBI report Crimes in America report. Will there be protesters concerning the hundreds of deaths of blacks at the hands of blacks? What about the government programs that train no one, educates no one, and benefit only the program operators? Again, black mothers and fathers have to ask the question, who is getting paid while their child is getting shot by the thug down the street; who by the way is not a white police officer.
Crying racism by poverty pimps is big business in the merchandising of Black Death and misery, so when black communities start to get angry about the next Ferguson, you had better be wondering why that punk kid down the street is pointing his gun at your five-year-old baby girl just for kicks. Get smart and get responsible and start asking questions and demanding answers.
