Six fruits you are eating wrong

WASHINGTON, August 26, 2014 — For most people ‘eat more fruits’ is probably right up there behind ‘eat more vegetables’ in the ‘need to do more of’ in the diet department. Though a common complaint I hear about fruits isn’t that people don’t like them, but that some fruits are just messy, or hard to prepare.

Well this video may help you out with at least a couple fruits you may have crossed off your list, or just give you a new way to peel a favorite fruit you already eat. I know it shed new light on at least 2 fruits that I particularly enjoy, yet do not buy very often due to difficulty in preparation.  Hope it helps you out the same!
