GauraVani joins Tara Brach at River Road Unitarian tonight

Kirtan Musician GauraVani teams up with Tara Brach for her free weekly Insight Meditation and Dharma Talk,

Washington, April 12, 2017- Local, but world renowned Kirtan musician, GauraVani will join Tara Brach at her weekly Insight Meditation and Dharma talk at River Road Unitarian, this Wednesday 7:30-9 pm.

GauraVani and his fellow musicians will play after a shortened guided Insight Meditation and talk by Brach.

Insight meditation is a contemporary meditation technique that aims to cultivate ones natural wisdom and compassion. The meditation practice develops concentration, which allows us to calm and steady the mind.

This class includes 1/2 hour of Vipassana meditation instruction and guided meditation, followed by an hour-long dharma talk.


This is a large gathering of approximately 250-300 people, and no registration is required
