WASHINGTON, August 12, 2014 — A wreath has been placed at Robin Williams’ star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame by Leron Gubler, President of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.

James Lipton, host of the Bravo series ‘Inside The Actors Studio,’ spoke on CNN about Williams, saying “someone has been taken away from us.” Lipton continued “There are a few people who are so exceptional, that have given so much to us, that we feel something beyond a sense of loss.”

He called Williams an improvisational genius, saying he “spared us his suffering and shared with us his joy.”
