WASHINGTON, June 9, 2015 – A sure sign that the eagerly awaited “Hunger Games” finale, “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2” is on the way: the very first teaser trailer for the film is just out. The Twitterverse lit up Monday evening when the news first leaked out, and now the trailer is already up on YouTube and elsewhere.

Things are finally going to come ahead as our heroine, Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) leads the charge to free Panem forever from the death grip of its evil, totalitarian President Coriolanus Snow (Donald Sutherland) and his equally tyrannical lackeys and minions.

The concluding act of this popular cinematic adventure saga is scheduled to  roll out between November 18-20, 2015 unless President Snow can stop it first.

We wish Katniss the best of luck, although the Force should be with her. (Or are we citing the wrong movie here?)

At any rate, here’s hoping Katniss and her crew can find the time to help us out here in Washington next, once their work in Panem is done.

Oh, and here’s that trailer:
