WASHINGTON, June 9, 2014 – Snoop Dogg (not Lion?) and Psy (Oppa Gangnam Style) have released an East meet West — lets say East meets the worst of West — video that takes sophomoric entertainment to a whole new level.

Think Bradley Cooper and Zach Galifianakis with a driving, headache inducing, repetitive beat.

The rap song, entitled “Hangover”, may become the summer party track that sets scantily clad teenage girls into twerking frenzies. But you hope not. Or that at least you don’t need to see it.

The song (lyrics below) glorifies the rock star life of indulgence and the resulting chaos, from visits to the porcelain god, to naked fountain bathing, to tossing down shots with a couple of, er, older women.

Most recently, Snoop Dogg played at being the Reggae king of the jungle, Snoop Lion. Which he would have stuck to the rainbow hues of Bob Marley versus the neon of this collaboration.

Psy is a South Korean whose viral video Oppa Gangnam Style which exceeded 1 billion YouTube views, the first to do so, turned him into the darling of the party, and those that want to be seen as party people, set.

Voted the “Viral Star of 2012″ Psy performed in a globally televised New Year’s Eve celebration with American rapper MC Hammer on-stage in front of a live audience of over a million people in Times Square, New York City.

Psy has gone a little dark, from his pony dancing days, with this latest release that takes a look at, then glorifies drug and alcohol abuse. He hooked up with Snoop Dog following a conversation the South Korean singer had with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon during which he said he would like to work with the American artist.

The video is being released infront of Psy’s new single, Daddy, being released this summer.

Almost makes you wish for Robin Thicke’s Blurred Lines emitting from iPhones ad nauseam last summer.

Lyrics
[Hook]
Hangover, hangover, hangover, hangover-over-over (bend over)
Hangover, hangover, hangover, hangover-over-over (bend over)
Party’s over, it ain’t over
Try to make a bad memory over and over
Hangover, hangover, hangover, hangover-over-over (bend over)
Hangover, hangover, hangover, hangover-over-over (bend over)
Party’s over, it ain’t over
Care to find a single piece of me, game over
Hangover
Hangover
Hangover, hangover, hangover, hangover-over-over
Hangover, hangover, hangover, hangover-over-over (bend over)
Hangover, hangover, hangover, hangover-over-over
Care to find a single piece of me, game over
[Verse 1: Snoop Dogg]
Drink ‘till you’re drunk
Smoke like a broke stove
Don’t quit, take flight
I can’t remember last night
It’s aight, this the life of a superstar
Sci-fi with that boy trooping hard, couping cars
Snoop be hard in the paint
Drink another cup until I fall flat
All lead and then some
1-5-1, done dilly
Really for sure that
I’m throw back intoxicated
Change over, game over, hangover, faded
[Verse 2: PSY]
Eeny, meeny, miny, moe catch a lady by the toe
[Pre-hook]
(Take a shot!)
Drink it up and get sick
Bottom’s up, get wasted
Pour it up, drink it up, live it up, give it up
Oh my God, dammit, there’s the fucking limit
Pour it up, drink it up, live it up, give it up
But I can’t stop
Making bottles pop until the wheels fall off
And I can’t quit
I wake up in the morning do the same shit
Wake up in the morning do the same shit
[Hook]
[Bridge: Snoop Dogg]
Waking and baking, shaking the flees
Caking and baking, raking the cheese
Early in the morning in the bathroom on my knees
Tipping and dripping, flipping the flow
Whipping and dripping a drink on the floor
This is the only way that I was taught a long time ago
Seoul, Korea, you’ll see a G-a like me-a
Never would there ever be another like he-a
G-A-N-G-S-T-A, nothing left to say
I done smoked my whole day
