WASHINGTON, November 11, 2014 – Duggar Studios? Pillow Patrol?
Lots of kids like to make home movies – it’s how Steven Spielberg got started. It seems Brothers Jason and Jed are having some fun with the family video camera releasing “Pillow Patrol” a nothing short of weirdly fun short that has Joseph breaking the law by cutting off one of those annoying “Under penalty of law, this tag is not to be removed” tags on a pillow.
And we have all wanted to do that – but didn’t, right?
With a snip and a contented sigh, he falls back to sleep without the annoying tag scratching his neck only to have the law, i.e., Jed Duggar, dressed in brown shirt and cap, race over, cuff and arrest him
- Where did they get the cop car?
- Where did they get the handcuffs?
- Why, when the production and music was actually pretty good, didn’t they come up with a better sign for the side of the car.
The purpose of The Duggar family’s Duggar Studios is undetermined and it might just be for fun. My bet is that when Michelle sees this typical boys room (and the canvas tarp tossed over the “stuff” piled in the corner) she won’t be amused. But I am.
As the mother of a 15 year old boy whose room is eerily similar, down to the hunting knife in the bedside drawer, it makes me feel a little less inadequate.
