SANTA MONICA, August 27, 2014 — One of the historic figures of reggae and dub, Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry began his career in the late 1950’s and has been a behind-the-scenes figure ever since.

From working with Bob Marley, winning a Grammy in 2003, to collaborating with the electronic music group ‘The Orb’, Scratch Perry is a musical act you want to catch at least once in your lifetime.

As part of the (Myspace presented) free Twilight Series on the Iconic Santa Monica pier, Lee Scratch Perry will be performing with L.A.’s own Mexico 68 on Thursday August 28th, from 7-10 p.m.
