WASHINGTON: “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and filing a false police report, the Cook County States Attorney says. Disorderly conduct is a Class 4 Felony and Smollett could face probation to up to 1.5 years in prison. The actor is expected in bond court tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. CT. Smollett’s lawyers and Chicago PD will negotiate a reasonable surrender for his arrest, according to a spokesman for the Chicago Police Department.
Detectives presented evidence before a Cook County grand jury, police say.

At the center of this event are the two brothers, Ola and Abel Osundairo, acquaintances of Smollett. The Osundairos were arrested last week however no charges are being filed against them.

Reports from Chicago are that sources are saying the two brothers told police they helped stage the attack with Smollett. They alleged that they were paid $3,500 to pour a chemical on the actor and place a rope around his neck while yelling racist and homophobic slurs.
Videos show the men placing the masks and a hat allegedly worn during the duplicity on the counter of a stores. The brothers’ testified in front of the grand jury for 2.5 hours. The brothers’ attorney Gloria Schmidt says the brothers are not expecting to be charged with any crime “because they are not guilty of anything.”

It began with a letter that was ignored. It ended in Smollett’s attention seeking temper tantrum
The brothers also told police that Smollett was behind creating a racist letter that was sent to the actor on the set of his show, “Empire.” And when that letter did not get a “bigger reaction,” Smollett orchestrated the attack a week later.

Fox Television is denying that Smollett is being written off of “Empire.”
“Jussie Smollett continues to be a consummate professional on set and as we have previously stated, he is not being written out of the show,” the company said in a statement.
Smollett has hired Los Angeles-based attorney Mark Geragos to be a part of his defense team led by Chicago-based attorneys Todd Pugh and Victor Henderson. Geragos’ Hollywood client list includes pop star Michael Jackson, actor Winona Ryder, and singers Chris Brown and Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The Outrage of the Left
Conservative commentators are asking questions following the report of Smollett being charged. There is outrage over the hate crime hoaxes being perpetuated by the left.
Jussie Smollett’s “attack” looks more & more like a hate crime hoax!

What about the lies of the liberal left
There are questions being asked if Jussie Smollett, like Rosanne Barr, will lose his career for this hate crime hoax, which is far more egregious than Barr’s tweet. In a previous report, CDN reviews nearly four decades of the left’s hate crime hoaxes.
What is important going forward is how this incident will be handled. How the liberal media will report. Will Smollett be held accountable for his actions, which have real costs associated with them? Will Christine Blasey Ford pay for her lible and lies against Brett Kavanaugh? How far will the lawsuits of Nick Sandmann go? Will he sue Ellen Page, Bill Maher, Cathy Griffith, and Alyssa Milano as well?
And finally, when will liberals suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome just stop.

Hopefully, justice will come down harder on Smollett and others, like Nathan Phillips, who promote hate crimes. Those to be held accountable also include those politicians pushing their hate narratives. Individuals like Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi, Elizabeth Warren, Chuck Schumer and the wider liberal political and media body.

Because there are a lot of people in America tired of this. Black people, white people, brown people — all tired of the lies and hoaxes of the leftist politicians and a false liberal media. And people that take their t-shirt’s literally.
