WASHINGTON, April 2, 2014 – Just after twelve noon today, Pete Porzio from Frankfort’s Currie Motors won Fallon’s “Fingers on a 4X4” competition Wednesday afternoon. The Fingers on a 4 x 4 was “The Tonight Show” host’s latest competition (and he loves good competition) to choose which car salesperson in the U.S. would be the one to sell him the new car.
“I picked out my truck but now I don’t know where to get it, there’s a lot of dealerships out there,” Fallon said. “So I wanted to come up with a fun way of doing this so we’re going to do a contest called ‘Fingers on a 4X4’.”
Ten Ford sales consultants from around the U.S. placed one hand on a Ford F150 starting on Monday night. While other contestants, like #WaterfordLaurie, #NewOrleansBarbara and female fan favorite #SantaClaraLuke all seemed to be having more fun, while #FrankfortPete seemed to be almost glowering in the background, he got the last laugh and managed to outlast them all.

The selectable tow/haul mode improves performance when towing or hauling heavy loads. It compensates for grade and load and reduces gear hunting, improving power delivery. Engine braking also helps slow the truck when descending hills.
Two-speed four-wheel drive system (4×4)
Electronic locking rear differential – The electronic-locking rear differential, when engaged, locks the rear axle completely to provide enhanced traction at both rear wheels at the same time. The electronic-locking rear differential is fully integrated with the AdvanceTrac® with Roll Stability Control™ (RSC®) system to deliver excellent control when traveling on- or off-road. It’s standard on the FX4, SVT Raptor and Limited, included in the Off-Road Package, and available on all other 4×2 and 4×4 models.
Steering – Power rack-and-pinion steering
