WASHINGTON, April 21, 2015 – Jessa (Duggar) Seewald will be giving birth to a cousin playmate forrecently born Israel David Duggar. Jessa Duggar, married Nov. 1 to Ben Seewald, 19, held off confirming what fans have been speculating, that she is pregnant, until her second trimester and, possibly, waiting until her sister, Jill, gave birth.
Jessa discovered her pregnancy just prior to leaving for Sunday church showing it to her new husband. “I said, ‘Hey Ben, guess what? Yeah, you’re a dad.'”
Israel’s cousin is expected to appear on the couple’s first wedding anniversary.
The newly married Jessa, older sister Jill and sister-in-law Anna Duggar were able to experience the joy of maternity together. Anna Duggar released a photo with the three expectant moms, saying,
“Congratulations Ben & Jessa on your pregnancy! It was so fun to have all 3 of us pregnant together!!!”
In her second trimester, the third daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, “19 Kids and Counting,” says “We are looking forward to being parents.”
“The morning sickness was different every day,” she says of her pregnancy. “It’s getting better, but I’m still hanging on to the heartburn. And I don’t have any super serious food cravings.”
Jessa’s child will the sixth grandchild for the Duggar clan.
Jessa made news during a recent visit to Washington, D.C. where she expressed strong anti-abortion sentiments.
The Duggars, with their strong Christian beliefs that include no touching, not even kissing, until engaged and then only chaste kisses until the wedding is final, are easy targets for liberal feminists.
Pro-choice advocates have the family and the girls with their anti-abortion positions squarely in their crosshairs, condemning her for comparing abortion to the Holocaust, though the comparison is not new.
Jessa and Ben have said they are still very interested in saying, “Our hearts haven’t changed on adoption.”Click here for reuse options!
