SAN DIEGO, June 7, 2015 – For fans of the HBO series “Game of Thrones,” the network posts a video recap to its YouTube channel on Sunday nights approximately an hour each episode airs with insights about the plot and characters. Show producers discuss how certain scenes are staged, the motivations of the characters and how the storylines interact and intersect.

The videos are particularly helpful when the episodes throw a lot at the audience, and as they continue to deviate more and more from the novels.

Occasionally this year, these synopsis videos have “leaked” early, revealing spoilers about the plotlines.

Last week’s episode 8 of Season 5, ‘Hardhome,’ gave GOT fans all they could handle including the best action sequence ever created for the series. This is no small praise given the Battle of Blackwater and the Battle for Castle Black.

If you aren’t taking in these videos, CDN is happy to help you out by showing it here. Be sure to watch before joining tonight’s Live Fan Chat for Episode 9, “The Dance With Dragons.”

Episode 9 has been the most exciting and revelatory in past season, we expect no less tonight.
