Whether summer has you happy of the fed has you down. If you are tired of Obama, Boehner and politics. If you can’t take a vacation and you are feeling a little depressed, take a cue for these folks, and dance like nobody is watching.

You’ll feel better for it. Getting your blood moving will increase your endorphins and elevate your mood. A little exercise will make you feel physically better.

And whether you are a ballroom star or have two left feet, you will start smiling.

This first gentleman has us smiling! I love the expressive hair pull.  And while the soundtrack is “Shut Your Mouth” I think that was just a brilliant marriage of video and music. Either way, how great to be his grandkids?
