A new Christmas story: The Most Dangerous Christmas Ornament

Written By | Dec 19, 2016

WASHINGTON, December 19, 2016 – One of the greatest gifts we can give our children is the lesson that actions have consequences, a lesson learned by Twelve-year-old Mike Owen.

In the book, The Dangerous Christmas Ornament,  eccentric Aunt Loureen, gives her nephew Mike a magic Christmas ornament that acts as a kind of Aladdin’s lamp but with a unique twist: Each time Mike’s wish is granted, something bad happens to another person who was with him at the time the wish was spoken. This, of course, sets up a chain reaction of trouble and adventure.

Weighing his own desires against the consequences to those around him, Mike learns a valuable lesson
