FREEDOM’S GATE: Dave Bray, Madison Rising, on defending freedom, liberty and patriotism

WASHINGTON, June 10, 2015 – Being America’s most patriotic rock band has a very special meaning for Madison Rising. Millions of fans have heard the band’s music  that celebrates what being an American is all about.

The band and Dave Bray, its lead singer are proud and honored by the band’s mission to reignite authentic American culture through great rock music. The band is the midst of an ambitious seventy-city Defend Freedom Tour, which they intend to help their fans regain a sense of pride in their nation.

Bray, a navy veteran and former 8404 FMF Corpsman for the 2nd Battalion / 2nd Marines will join Standing at Freedom’s Gate’s host Kevin Fobbs in sharing the band’s specific patriotic goals to promote the principles of liberty, independence, smaller government and personal responsibility.

The success of Madison Rising’s concerts can easily be found in the sheer passion they generate in their songs like, like “Soldiers of America”, “Walking Through That Door”, “Hero”, “Hallowed Ground” and others. Many concert goers have expressed awe and excitement in how Madison Rising’s music reaches out and ignites and renews the audience’s spirit to embrace America once again.

Now, with the recent launch of its 501(c)3 nonprofit Shows For Heroes Madison Rising will be able to provide more live performances for military, veteran and first responder groups around the America who have given so much of themselves in service to others.

Patriotism and service is the essence of Madison Rising and it defines their partnership with national organizations like Concerned Veterans for America as well as the Young Marines National Youth Organization and its support for We the Kids. Bray has a strong belief in the importance of God for Americans, and has stressed, “It is my firm belief that without God there is no country.”
