ATLANTA, May 26, 2017 — The 2017 Taste of Buckhead returns this September to The Stave Room at American Spirit Works, conveniently located at 199 Armour Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30324.

Hosted by the Buckhead Business Association (BBA), the popular event brings together dozens of chefs and representatives from Buckhead’s most popular restaurants for a tasting event. The event is scheduled for 6 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017.

The list of confirmed participants in this year’s event includes American Cut, Bold American, The Capital Grille, Eclipse Di Luna, Gusto!, Meehan’s Buckhead, Rock’s Chicken and Fries, Seasons 52, Smokebelly, Southern Art, Southern Bistro, Southern Gentleman and The Big Ketch.

Participating beverage vendors include J.R. Revelry Bourbon Whiskey, Red Hare Brewing, Stoli, SweetWater Brewing Company and Wine Sellers LTD. General admission tickets for the event are $50. VIP tickets, which include an exclusive tour of the distillery and specialty cocktails in addition to food samples, are available for $75.

“Taste of Buckhead has experienced tremendous success since inception in 2003 and surpasses our expectations each year,” Smita Solanki, executive director of the BBA, said in a news release. “With a growing list of Atlanta hot spots and beverage distributors participating, we have no doubt that this will be our biggest and best event yet.”

This year’s event will again feature a spirit wall. Attendees can purchase a ticket for $20 and take home a bottle of wine or a distilled spirit donated specifically for this event. Proceeds will benefit the Buckhead Business Foundation, the charitable arm of the BBA, which will donate the funds to Second Helpings, which helps fight food waste and food insecurity in the Atlanta area.
