Bloomberg’s ‘Every Town for Gun Safety’: Saving you from you

The time has come! It is time for the people of the United States to get up and join Every Town for Gun Safety in their crusade to bring the fight to the NRA! Former Mayor of New York City, the safest and least gun crime ridden city in the World, has pledged to raise $50 million to help elect smart, “gun sense” minded politicians in local and federal elections around the country.

Trust, the government, and civilian/military gun rights

That underlying problem? The government does not trust the people with firearms, and when they can, regardless of party, they will restrict the people’s right to bear arms. But it would seem their greatest efforts are aimed at assuring the disarmament of the United States military, on United States soil.

Holder seeks new smart gun technologies

There seem to be no bounds to the limits that the Obama Administration will push their anti-gun agenda on the American people. There seems to be no restraint anymore, no hiding the fact that the Obama Administration seeks to control the gun industry, and gun owners in the United States of America.

Russia kindly asks Ukraine to disarm

Of course Russia has nothing to gain if Kiev disarms the recently formed militias. Russia is simply from the bottom of their heart pleading with the Ukrainian government to take back control of their people, to bring them back under thumb, and to do away with all of those nasty armed citizens.

The EU, US, and the Arms Trade Treaty

Heavily veiled as an attempt to stifle the illicit global arms trade currently responsible for adding fuel to the fire of countless wars and conflicts around the globe, the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) has far reaching implications for the sovereignties and individual liberties of American citizens.

Ukraine waits as EU, US do nothing

Ukraine represents the last of President Obama’s foreign policy credibility. He drew a line in the sand in Syria, it was crossed, and the most he did was send weapons to terrorists. He warned Vladimir Putin not to invade Crimea, and he did, and now the US is doing nothing to prevent further Russian advances.

Florida moves to strengthen gun rights

We will continue to see this trend in America. As more states move to restrict gun rights, other states will respond accordingly to loosen theirs or in some cases block the efforts of the Federal government to infringe on the 2nd Amendment.

Witaschek Verdict Highlights Anti-Gun Hypocrisy

This is what it boils down to, this case against Mr. Witaschek, and that is cronyism and ignorance. If we are to apply the law equally as it states under the Fourteenth Amendment then David Gregory and Dianne Feinstein need to be brought up in charges. If we are to have responsible governance then lawmakers who wish to pass gun control legislation need to be informed about guns, period.

Ukraine Defense Minister resigns, Ukraine disarms citizens: Kiev has a choice

WASHINGTON, March 26, 2014 —  Kiev either does not understand the gravity of the situation they are in or they are unable to cope with or address it. Yesterday, CNN ran a report detailing the internal turmoil currently surging through the new government in the Ukrainian capital, while also detailing how woefully unprepared they seem ...

Kiev Moves to disarm Ukrainians with Russia at the door

Ukraine should not be tying the hands of their people behind their back. Yes acceptance into the EU is important, yes Kiev needs to be on good terms with the West. But the EU, and the West need to understand that Ukraine is in a tenuous situation.

The Christie gun control conundrum of a Red Governor in a Blue State

Chris Christie, embattled governor of the Garden State, is facing an important decision. Indeed with the national spotlight on him in mind for a 2016 Presidential run, as well as a result of recent scandals, all of his decisions are important and have national implications.

Force is the only remaining option in Ukraine

The Ukrainian government has already called up the reserve forces. They seem to be teetering on the idea of declaring that Russia leaves Ukrainian territory or there will be war.

Ukraine, Crimea, and the right to rebel

ladimir Putin and the Russian Federation have invaded the territory of a sovereign nation, seemingly at the behest of what they consider the lawful leader, and the ethnic Russian people of Crimea. They cite the lawlessness, and the instability which has resulted from the recent removal of the old government and its subsequent replacement with the new as reasons for his incursion, despite evidence existing of such lawlessness.
