WASHINGTON, October 24, 2016 – Both presidential candidates are attempting to portray themselves as tough on national security. Hillary Clinton has a more hawkish foreign policy platform than President Barack Obama, and she is pushing this tough stand as elections approach. For Donald Trump, national security requires even stronger policies, including immigration restrictions.

Both candidates are emphasizing a strong anti-terrorism policy as concerns about terrorism continue to rise.
