PAIRED: Healthy meals made easy – Chicken Enchiladas and Vegetable Lasagna

LOS ANGELES Ca, August 22, 2014- This week on Paired with Chef Mary and wine expert Duane Pemberton are talking back to school recipes, tips and ideas with guest blogger Susan Whetzel of Doughmesstic

As children are heading back to school use these ips and tricks to learn to make extra servings on the weekend, so you can save on time during the week and still serve a great meal.

We will be featuring a few of Susan’s favorite recipes and our very own chef Mary will be sharing her recipes of late summer chicken and veggie lasgna and sour cream and mango chicken enchiladas.

Mary Moran
Upon graduating from the California School of Culinary Arts in 2002, Chef Mary Payne Moran began her professional career shelling crabs at the world-renowned restaurant, Michael's in Santa Monica. Simultaneously, she launched her own company, Hail Mary’s, founded upon the belief that good food nurtures the soul, and began catering weddings, parties and large corporate events. In the fall of 2008, Mary began teaching her culinary skills to others. Most recently, Mary has launched another division in her company as well as a chef she is now also a Certified Nutritionist for high profile clients.
