Further proving we can live together with the sea's most feared denizens, a 10 Dusky Shark with a stainless steel hook in it mouth, seeks help from free diver (video)
FLORIDA, February 1, 2016 – Sharks and humans have had a series of unfortunate interactions, however this time a ten-foot Dusky Shark approaches free diver (a deep diver that does not use an air source) Michael Dornellas for help in removing a large hook from it’s mouth.
Without Dornellas assistance, this shark would have most likely died as the stainless steel hook would not rust and fall away and would mostly likely cause life threatening damage to the animal.
