WASHINGTON, May 2, 2016 – Tonight the difficult task of saying goodbye to a duo is doubled as two couples will leave the show tonight. With the competition tight, someone’s favorites are going home.
The eight couples remaining will all dance a routine to music from favorite musical icons including Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner, the Jackson 5, Stevie Wonder, the Rolling Stones, and U2. Each celebrity will perform a Tango, Viennese Waltz, Quickstep, Samba, Foxtrot, Jive or Salsa.
The assignments in alphabetical order are:
Antonio and Sharna: Tango, “Paint It Black” by the Rolling Stones
Ginger and Val: Viennese Waltz, “I Have Nothing” by Whitney Houston
Jodie and Keo: Quickstep, “For Once In My Life,” Stevie Wonder

The stars then perform their first team dances. For the first time ever in 22 seasons, it’s a battle of the sexes with the men facing off against the women.
The men have named themselves “Team James Brown.” The women have gone with “Team Beyonce.”
