PAIRED: Avoid being a Super Bowl snack food loser

Did you wake up regretting the calories, salts and sugars of yesterday's Super Bowl festivities?

Welcome to Paired on the CommDigiNews Hour. Tonight Paired is hosted by Jacquie Kubin and Bob Taylor whose quest to travel to 100 countries has made him a celebrity of sorts in travel circles.

Tonight we will start off with the Super Bowl!  We know who won, and who lost, but how do you recover from a “snack food” event.

Our guest tonight is Ana Goldseker, Director of nutrition at the Nava Health and Vitality Center and she will be talking to us about how we can “de tox” from the masses of calories and unhealthy foods that we consumed during the game.

Bob Taylor, has visited 73 countries so far on his quest to reach 100 and become a member of the Century Travel Club.  Bob will be sharing with us some highlights from his travels, including his favorite destinations to date.

Join us for lively conversation about food and travel – the places we have been, want to go and the foods to eat while there.
