WASHINGTON, December 18, 2015 – Enrique Marquez Jr., friend, neighbor and in law of the San Bernardino shooters has been arrested and charged in California. Investigators say that Marquez, 24, bought the two rifles used in the shootings that left 14 people dead and injured 20 others.
